6. No Refunds and No Guarantees

6.1. No Refunds:

All payments made for PR Shield services are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that under no circumstances, including dissatisfaction, lack of use, or service termination, shall any refunds, credits, or chargebacks be issued.6.2. No Guarantees or Warranties:

PR Shield makes no guarantees regarding the effectiveness, success, or outcomes of any training, protocols, or advice provided. Our services are offered “as is” without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Payment and Billing

By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing information. PR Shield reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.Recurring subscription payments are billed automatically, and no prorated refunds will be issued for partial months or unused portions of services.

8. Cancellation Policy

8.1. Cancellation Notice:

Subscriptions may be canceled with a minimum of 30 days’ written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to [email protected]. Data Removal and Account Termination:

Upon cancellation, all access to PR Shield services, including training materials, resources, and any stored data, will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. It is the Member’s responsibility to download or transfer any necessary data prior to cancellation.8.3. No Refunds or Prorated Credits:

PR Shield does not provide refunds for unused portions of a subscription, including cancellations made mid-cycle. All fees are final, and there will be no prorated reimbursements for any remaining time.8.4. Account Suspension Option:

Instead of cancellation, Members may request a temporary account suspension for up to 90 days. During this period, all access to services will be paused, but no data will be deleted. After 90 days, billing will automatically resume unless a formal cancellation is submitted.

9. Third-Party Platforms

PR Shield may integrate or rely on third-party platforms (e.g., High Level) to deliver services. We do not control these third-party platforms and are not responsible for their performance, uptime, or availability.

Service Continuity Disclaimer: We make no guarantees regarding the availability or performance of third-party platforms and are not liable for disruptions caused by such platforms.Alternative Solutions Provision: In the event of a third-party platform failure, we will make reasonable efforts to find an alternative solution but do not guarantee an equivalent replacement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PR Shield shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

The use or inability to use our website or services.Failures, crashes, or shutdowns of third-party software.Any force majeure events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, cyber-attacks, and government actions.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PR Shield, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorney fees) resulting from:

12. Force Majeure

PR Shield shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, cyber-attacks, and government actions.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA), and the arbitration shall take place in a location determined by PR Shield. Arbitration costs shall be shared equally by both parties, regardless of the outcome.
